General rules for using the Play.ru app.

Play.ru is intended for watching videos and interacting with the available sections of the app. By using the app, the user agrees to comply with these terms and applicable law. Details of the service owner must be added to the final version.

2. Using the service

The availability of certain features, videos and sections may depend on the device, internet connection, region and content rights holders. Users must not infringe the rights of third parties, circumvent technical restrictions or interfere with the operation of the service.

3. Account and posts

If the app allows creating an account, the user is responsible for keeping access to it secure. If comments or uploads are available, the user is responsible for the content they post and must not publish illegal material or infringe the rights of others.

4. Rights to content

Rights to video content, design and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Watching content in the app does not grant the user any rights to distribute it or use it commercially.

5. Limitations and changes

The app owner may change the available features and these terms, subject to applicable requirements for notifying users. Provisions on limitation of liability and paid services, if any, must be separately agreed and added to the final version.

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. A contact address for requests must be provided by the app owner before release.
